Guarantee Mutual provides educational information about final-expense insurance, generates instant-quote estimates from multiple insurance carriers, and connects consumers with licensed insurance agents who can help complete an application. Guarantee Mutual is not itself an insurance company; insurance products are underwritten and issued by third-party insurance carriers.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, submit a quote request, opt in to SMS/text messages, or otherwise use our services. By accessing or using the website you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information.

4. User Accounts and Information

Certain features of our website — such as saving quotes or submitting an application — may require you to provide personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information you provide, and for updating it as necessary. You agree not to impersonate any other person or provide false information.

5. Quotes and Applications

All quotes generated on our website are estimates based on the information you provide and rates supplied to us by the insurance carriers. Actual premiums may vary based on the carrier's underwriting, your complete health history, product availability in your state, and other underwriting factors. Final rates and coverage terms are determined by the insurance carrier during the application process. Receiving a quote does not guarantee approval for coverage.

6. Policy Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, free-look, and refund terms for any insurance policy you purchase are governed by the contract between you and the issuing insurance carrier and are described in the policy documents provided by that carrier. Guarantee Mutual does not itself collect premiums or process policy refunds; questions about cancellation or refunds should be directed to the issuing carrier or to your licensed agent.

7. Messaging and Communications Consent

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS/text messages from Guarantee Mutual. By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and consent to receive text messages from Guarantee Mutual. There are two types of messaging you may opt in to:

  • Marketing Messages: promotional offers, coverage announcements, product updates, and other marketing communications. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message.
  • Non-Marketing (Transactional) Messages: quote confirmations, appointment reminders, application status updates, account notifications, and other service-related communications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any transactional message.

  • The campaign sends non-marketing text messages from Guarantee Mutual about quote confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, and other service-related communications. Subscribers may also receive marketing messages related to promotional offers, coverage announcements, and other marketing communications. Consent is obtained through customer-initiated sign-ups that clearly disclose messaging intent and opt-out instructions.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to Support@guaranteemutual.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
